What the role looks like

Most BlueMoso VAs work with one or two long-term clients. Typical work includes inbox triage, calendar and scheduling, client communications, CRM hygiene, sales support, light research, SOP writing, vendor coordination, and ongoing executive operations. Specialists (content, design, sales ops) work on a flexible bench.

How the application process works

  1. Submit the form — about 10 minutes. Share your background, the tools you work in, your time zone, and the kind of clients you want to support.
  2. Skills assessment — about 20 minutes of short practical tasks covering writing, organization, and judgment.
  3. Vetting interview — shortlisted candidates are invited to a 30-minute interview with a BlueMoso operations lead, within 7 days of applying.
  4. Roster and first match — accepted candidates join the BlueMoso roster and are matched to a client when a fitting role opens.

Compensation and engagement

BlueMoso VAs are engaged as independent contractors. Pay is set per engagement based on scope, seniority, and client time-zone. BlueMoso handles client management, QA, and ongoing support so VAs can focus on the work.
